A heart transplant is not a cure, but a bridge to life…

Atlanta-based Enduring Hearts launched in 2013 with a mission to fund research that increases the longevity of pediatric heart transplants, improves quality of life for transplant recipients, and eliminates pediatric heart diseases that may result in transplant.

Make the transplant the cure.

We work toward our mission through the following programs:

  1. Direct Research Grant Program
  2. American Heart Association (AHA) Grant-making Alignment
  3. International Society of Heart & Lung Transplantation (ISHLT) Grant-making Alignment

We give priority to clinical research projects and new emerging technologies that focus on understanding the cause, development and prevention of human transplantation diseases, including organ injury and rejection, viral infection and late graft deterioration.
