Feed the Heart Grocery Card Program

Nourishing Hearts and Feeding Hope

‍Many of our heart families, 75% of whom have a household income less than $49,000 per year, are facing new challenges and obstacles that are drastically impacting their lives. This program aims to eliminate the heart-wrenching choice between providing life-saving medication for their children and ensuring that their tables are filled with nourishing  meals. Through this program, eligible transplant families will receive an award code worth $100, which can be redeemed at selected grocery stores across the United States.

Grocery Card Regulations:

We are enhancing our program by introducing VISA gift cards. Gift cards can only be redeemed at grocery stores (ex. Kroger, Publix, Safeway) NOT stores like Walmart or Target.  Gift cards will be mailed to qualified families 2-3 weeks AFTER the application deadline by a third-party vendor.
